My upcoming tour in Washington DC will mark my first time visiting the area. I’m very excited for fall weather and watching the colors. I am looking forward to many warm cups of coffee, crunchy leaves under my boots and wearing my favorite sweaters. But most of all, I’m eager to be warmly welcomed into your arms.
If you’re reading this, I hope you plan on sweeping me off of my feet while I’m in the DMV area. I am a romantic with an appetite for exploring out of the bedroom just as much as within. Whether our time together is short and sweet, or a little more decadent, my heart flutters at the possibilities.
I’m newer to touring, but something I would like to make a habit of is a wishlist for each city I visit. I will add to it, take things from it and maybe highlight some favorites as I experience them. Here you can find my desires, and maybe gain some inspiration to suggest a few of your own. I love when a date takes the reins!

The Phantom of the Opera at Hippodrome Theater
I am a theater nerd, however I have not seen this classic. It has some scrambling for my theater nerd badge – wanna take me so I can lose my v-card?
The Smithsonian Museum
I know, I know – a museum. But hear me out, I am looking for someone who is a quick reader and browser to go through this museum with. We start with a cocktail or coffee, go through the museum, and finish off with an afternoon tryst and maybe dinner?
Downtown Tourism + Sightseeing Walk
Simple, elegant and open for all budgets and time constraints. Let’s plan a short exploration, or something longer. I would love to see the Washington Monument, Downtown, any hidden gems you’d recommend. We cap it off with a delicious lunch and martini. Bonus points if you take some tourist photos of me!
Dumbarton Oaks
I would love to visit this cute mansion that is home to some beautiful midevil art.
Arlington National Cemetery
I would love a picnic or lunch followed by exploration of this beautiful cemetery. I know it’s weird but you’d be the best date taking me to one of my happiest places – the graveyard.
Restaurants
A list, in no particular order, of restaurants I would LOVE to visit while here. I am also eagerly accepting suggestions. My favorite foods are: sushi, seafood, italian (handmade pasta ONLY!), Thai, Indian and pretty much anything in between. I also love a good diner, and I have a secret love of fried chicken sandwiches and fine pastries.
